Description
A great everyday style for any gender. Casual vintage patina. This style is similar to “Paradigm Melter”. The hat band is different and this one has a smoother (less cracky texture).
Each hat is worked by hand to transform it into something truly unique and aesthetically satisfying- no two will be identical. Recapitate hats are handcrafted in the Mojave Desert. Each carefully built for you by musician/hatter Todd Fink (The Faint).
Color: Black with a fairly subtle browning effect. (you can request this vintage effect with no browning)
Crown height: low
Brim: Flat 3 3/8 - 3 1/2”
Felt: Fine 100% western-weight furfelt.
Sweatband: Premium black goat leather
Hat band: Matching treated hemp cord.
