Returns & Fit Guarantee

Returns are by pre-approval only — email first. Approved returns must arrive within 14 days, in the same condition. You cover shipping to us; we cover shipping the replacement. One exchange per order.

No refunds — we remake.

We don't ship a hat that isn't the size you ordered. Every hat is measured against your order before it leaves the workshop, so a wrong size shouldn't happen.  If it ever does, we'll remake it free and cover the return shipping. Measure carefully using our head measuring tips before ordering.
