Every hat is made to order. I build unisex open-crown shapes alongside classic wide brim fedoras and western hats: cattleman, teardrop, bolero, low-profile cowboy, minimalist silhouettes. Over 100 styles to start from, each one tailored to your head shape (narrow, regular, or wide oval) in 19 sizes from XXS to XXXL. Refined, rugged, tasteful. Style, not fashion. No gimmicks.
Each hat is hand-built from premium rabbit, beaver, or wool felt, stretched over antique wooden blocks. Steam blocked, sanded, sewn, and fire-finished, from smooth and clean to cracked, leather-like surfaces. Branded, banded, and lined with supple black goat leather.
