A flat topped bolero shape with a subtle pinch on the sides - toward the front.

Each hat is worked by hand to transform it into something truly unique and aesthetically satisfying- no two will be identical. Recapitate hats are handcrafted in the Mojave Desert one hat at a time. Each carefully built for you by musician/hatter Todd Fink (The Faint).

Color: Aged Pecan (a shade grayer than our slightly browner Camel color)

Crown height: Medium low. About 4 1/4”

Brim: 3 1/2” Mostly flat but a very slight shape like a cowboy hat. (request more or less shape if you like).

Felt: Fine 100% western-weight fur felt.

Sweatband: Premium black goat leather

Hat band: Aged black bandana
