Each hat is worked by hand to transform it into something truly unique and aesthetically satisfying- no two will be identical. Recapitate hats are handcrafted in the Mojave Desert one hat at a time. Each carefully built for you by musician/hatter Todd Fink (The Faint).

Color: Terracotta (other colors also available!. Black, natural palm, cabernet

Crown height: Medium low

Brim: Flat with a raw straw edge

Hat body: Fine handwoven Ecuadorian palm straw

Sweatband: Comfortable black cotton

Hat band: Jute rope with an antique brass pin

Lining: None. (Linen liner optional for $25)
